The Annual General Meeting of the North Stainley Sport & Recreation Trust was held at North Stainley Village Hall on Tuesday 1st November 2022.

NOTICE 

The Annual General Meeting of the North Stainley Sport & Recreation Trust is to be to be held at North Stainley Village Hall on Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 7:00pm.

The business of the meeting will be to:

  1. To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31st March 2022.
  2. To receive reports from the current Trustees
  3. To elect Trustees and members of the Trust Committee, to hold office until the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
  4. To announce the names of those appointed as Trustees and members of the Trust Committee by the following, to hold office until the Annual General Meeting in 2023
    1. North Stainley with Sleningford Parish Council
    2. North Stainley Cricket Club
    3. North Stainley Parochial Church Council
    4. North Stainley C. of E. Primary School

  • North Stainley Sport & Recreation Trust is the owner and managing body of North Stainley Village Hall, Recreation Ground and Community Garden.
  • The Annual General Meeting is open to all parishioners of the civil parish of North Stainley with Sleningford. Those who are over the age of 18 are entitled to vote and take part in the proceedings. Those under the age of 18 are welcome to attend.
  • It would be helpful if anyone wishing to offer himself or herself as a candidate could inform the Secretary prior to the date of the meeting at Stone Haven, North Stainley, RIPON HG4 3HT
